Gloster Meteor F8 Prone Pilot

Gloster Meteor F.8 PRONE Version. One of the Mk.8 Meteor jets flew as a test bed for a special type of pilot's cockpit which employed the seat in a prone position. The new nose section was fitted in front of the standard Meteor cockpit, making this version rather unique-looking with such a long nose. The model was already released some time ago by MPM, now it is newly re-relased in the Special Hobby range of products.
