Bell P39D Airacobra

The Airacobra was an unconventional aircraft with engine located behind the cockpit and nosewheel undercarriage. As the US pilots hated this aircraft the Russian loved it. The P-39D version is connected with the outbreak of WW2 in Pacific Theatre. The Japanese advance was stopped at Guadalcanal and New Guinea. All three aircraft included in decals were stationed at Port Moresby, New Guinea. All three are fancy aircraft with Nose Arts and moreover one of them has writings and kill markings on both sides of the fuselage. The kit contains six sprues with grey plastic parts, one clear sprue, resin and photo-etched parts.
