Product description

This is a set of 3D designed parts designed by Aerocraft that improves the look and appearance of the Taurus engine cowlings and oil cooler housings. The openings diameters on the both items are too large.
Included are a total of 8 parts in the set, cowlings, engine spiders, exhausts, and oil coolers. You will note dark and light coloured resin parts, the dark grey are printed in 8K resin for detail, but are more brittle, and the spiders are in light grey as the resin is a little more flexible.

Do you consult your references as there are many variations on the orientation and the cowlings, sometimes the 'latches' are on the upper side and sometimes on the underside. Another point to note is that sometimes the exhaust is at the the 3 o'clock position on the Port side and at other times it is at the 5 o'clock position. Obviously this mirrors to the starboard side, that is 9 o'clock and 7 o'clock.
All of these options can be accommodated by rotating and exchanging the cowlings left to right etc. Note all other engine parts and rear cowling fins used straight from the kit parts, and all fit together really well.
One of the best references is "The Bristol Beaufort, A Technical Guide" by Valiant Wings publishing.
