SAAB 340 (KLM City Hopper) (Expected November 2024)

For end of this year Kovozavody is preparing a 1/72 scale SAAB 340!!

As on KP's website: 

After the L-410 Turbolet , which after a small delay is going on the shelves of model shops next week, we are finishing the preparation of another "carrier" in 1/72 scale. It is a SAAB 340 , which is very widespread all over the world, including Czech – Slovak carriers e.g: Air Ostrava, Slovak Airlines, Tatra Air, CCA etc. It also looks good with military "coats" and radars. 

SAAB 340 will appear on the shelves this month in 1/200 scale from metal moulds. The sample renders are for 1/144 and the 3D modelling upgrade is underway (big additions of details, windows, etc) for 1/72nd scale. The 1/144 model is planned for approx 2Q/2024, the 1/72 model for approx 4Q/2024.

We believe that this category of simple "transporters" will find its interested people in the plethora of boring Mezks, Spitfires and Mustangs…

And of course we will have KLM Cityhopper decals included!
