Several products in the Aviation Megastore webshop are not taken in stock in our shop, but are available for special orders through the website. Deliverytimes for these products are depending on producer or distributor.

For Special Orders following applies:

1.       orders will be processed after receipt of payment

2.       orders will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 7 days after orderdate.

3.       deliverytimes as mentioned on the website are approximates.

4.       Aviation Megastore does not accept any responsibility if deliverytimes differ considerably from those mentioned on the website.

5.       Aviation Megastore does not accept any responsibility in case ordered product appears no longer available from the producers or distributors.

6.       Aviation Megastore will refund the amount paid immediately as soon as the ordered product might appear to be unavailable from the producers or distributors.

7.       product cannot be refused by customers other then in cases of obvious damage or shortcomings of the product.

8.       Aviation Megastore will notify customer that order is ready for collection in the Luchtvaart Hobby Shop or that order has been shipped.

9.       orders for several products of various producers of distributors will be handled as separate orders.

10.    Shipping charges apply to each separate order and will be charged and paid before order can be processed (not applicable in case of ‘pick-up orders’).

11.    Orders placed at different times or days cannot be combined.
