Order processing policy and times
As our webshop is part of the Luchtvaart Hobby Shop in the Netherlands, stocking over 60.000 different aviation hobby items at all times, most of the ordered items are in stock and can be shipped within one or two workingdays.
- When ordered items are in stock: your order will ship within 2 working days
- When only part of ordered items is in stock: your order will ship within 2 weeks if the remainder is expected to be in stock within that period.
- When only part of ordered items is in stock: your order will ship within 2 working days if the remainder is not expected to be in stock within two weeks. You need to re-order the remaining item at a later date.

Hold & Store service
Aviation Megastore’s ‘Hold and Store Service’ is an unique service introduced to benefit of the reduction in shipping cost when two or more orders are combined to one shipment.
Shipping fee allways is the combination of basic fee, depending on country and area of addressee, and 5% of the productprice, possibly raised by surcharge due to large dimensions or high weight.
When two or more orders are combined, the 5% of the porductprice remain in place, but the basic shipping fee is charged only once.
Conditions:

Customer should request Hold and Store Service at completion of order.

Any surcharges for large dimensions or high weight will be charged at time of the order.

Customers outside the Netherlands pay 5% op the productprice in anticipation of the final shipping fee.

Full payment for order must be arranged instantly.

If payment has not been received within 7 days, order will be cancelled automatically.

Applicable warranties start at the date of order.

Returns are not accepted.

Customer is responsible to request shipment of ‘Hold and Store’ orders.

Due to storagespace limitations orders should not be left at hold longer than 2 months.

If Hold and Store orders have not been ordered for shipping after tow months, Aviation Megastore may offer the goods to other customers without any obligation towards the original customer.

Shipping- and handlingcharges:
Our shipping- & handlingcharges are primarily based on the available UPS services and tariffs per country or region, as categorised by UPS. This results in the allocation of 21 UPS regions as shown below with our tariffs. Mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O.Boxes in most countries. If customer insists on delivery to P.O.Box this will be done by Priority Mail, without tracking service and without guarantee!
Mind: Shipping- and handlingcharges to countries outside the European Union do NOT include local taxes and customs clearance costs which should be paid by the customer upon delivery. It is customer's responsibility to verify applicable taxes and or importrestrictions for the country that customer wishes his order to be delivered to.

The shipping- and handling charges are subject to 21% VAT for orders with destinations within the European Union

VAT will not be charged on orders shipped to countries and regions within the European Union that are exempt from EU tax.

Orders that combine customary products with odd sized products like posters etc. will be charged extra at a nominal fee on top of the above charges.

Above shipping rates are applicable to internet orders only. Customers in the Luchtvaart Hobby Shop in person who wish their purchases shipped to their home address will be charged the actual costs.
