Unfortunately only in czech this book deals with all civil aircraft accidents in the territory of Czechoslovakia. This is the first part,. After the introductory chapters , "What is an accident , "" Who is investigating the accident " and "Prevention of accidents , followed by ' statistical section , which is chronologically ordered 57 accidents and their evaluation by causes , accidents airlines , aircraft types , etc. Then an analysis of accidents sorted into chapters by type of aircraft . For each type of aircraft it is written a brief history of type , a brief technical description , followed by an analysis of accidents . Depth analysis of accident varies depending on the severity of accidents and the amount of information has been obtained . While some less serious cases are dealt with on several lines, an analysis of major accidents are also presented for almost twenty pages ( DC-2 OK-AIA , SM-73 OK- BAD, Ford 5AT- C Trimotor OK-FOR ) . In the book are quoted ( verbatim transcript ) dozens of contemporary documents , which the author found in the archives . Text added sketches of accidents and more than 170 unique photographs . The last chapter is devoted to accident Slovak scientist , soldier and politician MRŠtefánika . Even in this incident are cited interesting contemporary documents and photographs , not only from the accident site , but the replica aircraft Caproni Ca.33 where MRŠtefánika died .
