The third episode was originally supposed to look at the whole period from 1961 until its demise by splitting it into two independent States, December 31, 1992. The number of incidents and accidents of material after 1960 is so large and comprehensive analysis of accident that this period had to be split into two separate parts. In fact, it is noted that in many cases, the authors solved the problem preinformovanosti. This means that in the first volume was published all the information that was available. The same (with some exceptions) also applied the second part. In the third part of the authors already have so much information available that solve the problem, what information to publish it. As an example, the prototype L-accident 410UVP OK-162, which documents the incident in the National Archives are stored in 10 boxes.
To carry over into the third part of monstrous size, the period 1961-1992 had to be divided into two parts, the third part deals with the piston-engine aircraft (IL-14) and turbine engines (IL-18 and L-410). The fourth part will deal with aircraft jet propulsion units (B-737, DC-9, TU-104 ÷ 154, IL-62).
