In 1941 the United States Navy needed an all-purpose, lightweight building that could be shipped anywhere and assembled to house troops and supplies. By war’s end nearly 170,000 of these structures were in use in every theater of operations. Kit contains 2 piece center section to allow expansion of Quonset Hut length It is easy to assemble, yielding a wonderful replica of these multi-purpose structures
