UH1Y Venom (BACK IN STOCK)

The Bell UH-1Y Venom is a modern, twin-engine utility helicopter used by the United States Marine Corps. It is the latest evolution of the iconic UH-1 "Huey" helicopter, which was developed as part of the H-1 upgrade program and produced the AH-1Z Viper attack helicopter. The UH-1Y features a new four-bladed, all-composite rotor system, upgraded engines, and a modern digital cockpit. These improvements significantly increased payload capacity, range, and cruising speed over its predecessor, the UH-1N. The UH-1Y is designed for various missions, including troop transport, medevac, combat assault, and command and control.

The Trumpeter 05118 is a 1:35 scale plastic model kit of the UH-1Y Venom helicopter. It features a finely detailed fuselage, cockpit, and rotors. The model's specifications include a length of 39.1cm and a rotor diameter of 38.92cm. The kit has over 310 parts, eight sprues, and a single piece of photo-etched parts. It was released in June 2025.
