Het boek beschrijft de geschiedenis van de twee Focke-Wulf Fw 200 Condor vliegtuigen van de Deense Luchtvaartmaatschappij Det Danske Luftfartselskab A/S - DDL. Maar er wordt ook diep ingegeaan op de ontwikkeling van Focke-Wulf Fw 200 Condor en het gebruik door de Duitse luchtvaartmaatschappij Deutsche Lufthansa. Het boek geeft ook een overzicht over alle aan civile maatschappijen geleverde machines en hun lot. Het boek gaat in detail in op het gebruik van de twee Deense Condors en ook op de aanschaf na de Tweede Wereldoorlog van twee vervangende Condors.
