Product description

In the thirties, the command of the Czechoslovak Army. The Air Force tried to introduce a new type of light bomber aircraft. This eventually became the Aero A-100. The publication briefly deals with the history of the "hundred" series of aircraft of the Aero factory, at the end of which stands our Ab-101 type, which was the most numerous bomber aircraft in our Air Force at the time of the Munich crisis and is described in detail in our Aero series. Aero No. 129 describes the development of light Czechoslovak bomber aircraft until the arrival of the Aero A-100, the development and creation of the Aero Ab-101. Tests of the Aero Ab-101 aircraft at the Military Technical and Aeronautical Institute, including test records and test results. This is followed by an extensive chapter on the introduction of the Aero Ab-101 into the armament of our Air Force. Part 1 of this monograph concludes with a description of the Special Combat Air Force Exercise of the Air Force in 1938 with regard to the use of Aero Ab-101 aircraft.
