Italian Air Force helicopters from Bell 47 to AW 101

The second "Special" of Italian Aviation Series comes out in this special year for the Italian Air Force, in which this Armed Forces celebrates its 100th anniversary, and deals in an organic and complete way with the history of all the helicopters in service with the Italian Air Force. A book therefore that was missing in the national and international publishing scene, where for the first time, the reader will be able to have a clear vision, in a single book, not only of the history of each single model, but also of the history of its evolution of the use of the rotary wing with our Air Force. We start from the first Bell 47 to get to the modern HH-101A without neglecting any model, even those that, like the A 109, were used in a few examples and for a short period. Each helicopter is dealt with in a dedicated chapter including tables showing the main characteristics, the Military Registration Numbers and accompanied by an exhaustive photographic kit.
