It is therefore an important carrier of technological development, without which the French industry could not work on the subsequent Rafale type. However, the Mirage 2000 is not just an intermediate type, it is a very successful representative of fourth-generation machines with several foreign users who often continue to rely on this model. And the fact that it is a successful type even four decades after its takeoff is evidenced not only by its successful combat deployment in the colors of France or among export users, but also by its recent successes in Ukraine, where local pilots are effectively fighting against drones, for example.
