The MiG-15 jet fighter of the Soviet design office Mikoyan - Guryevich is undoubtedly a legend in the field of military aviation, which for years has written the history of aviation, not only ours, but also the world. Although designed for the Third World War, in which the regime that gave birth to it was to glorify, God forbid it was only used in many local conflicts for us Central Europeans, the first and most famous of which was the war in Korea. Here he was first deployed in air combat, and if piloted by experienced Soviet pilots, he was at least an equal opponent of the then most modern American fighters F-86 "Saber". A total of 17,564 machines of this type produced in several basic versions and many variants in the USSR (13,383 pieces), Czechoslovakia (3,354 pieces) and Poland (727 pieces), except for production in China, the numbers of which are unknown, served in many air forces of the Eastern bloc countries and developing countries around the world. Much has been written about him. The history of its licensed production in our country is also quite well known. The least known chapter of his history in our country has remained his service in Czechoslovakia for years. From the time of delivery of the first MiG-15 to us until its last flight, almost 32 years passed and the number of deployed aircraft for the entire period was over 1200! Only the MiG-21 lasted longer in service, but the total number of deployed aircraft of this type was significantly lower. Three-part publication "Fifteen" MiG-15 aircraft in Czechoslovakia. Air Force was first published in our publishing house in 2006. Now supplemented and updated returns in the AERO edition.
The publication is in A4 format, full-color on high-quality coated paper, V2 binding, 52 pages, a number of photographs, color side views.
