Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Sikorsky H-19 Chickasaw utility helicopter, also known as Sikorsky S-55 following company designation. H-19 series was introduced in early 50s and proven to be a successful single-rotor utility helicopter design, with over 1700 units manufactured and both civilian or military users and also produced under license as Westland Whirlwind in the United Kingdom.

The H04S designation was the designation used by the U.S. Marine Corps, till 1962 when they unified to use H-19 designations as the U.S Army or the U.S. Air Force. The HO4S-3 in particular is a re-engined U.S. Navy & Canadian version with around 79 units build. HAS is the designation of the Westland Whirlwind licensed production, while H-19 was the initial and official designation later followed by all the branches of the U.S. forces.

Decal sheet covers all this variant, externally very similar between them, offering one markings from the U.S. Coast Guard (HO4S-3), one marking from the U.S. Marine Corps (HRS-2, United States Marine Corps version of the HO4S capable of transport eight troops), one British marking, Royal Navy, under HAS-7 designation and finally a French marking, H-19, dated in Algeria 1958.

Kit is an original Italeri kit tooled in 2001.
