Your reliable Aviation Gift Source since 1989
19 years of service under its belt, countless miles and millions of passengers: We are incredibly proud to be welcoming EVA Air's very last Boeing 747-400 into our Aviationtag family. In exclusive cooperation with the Taiwanese airline, we have crafted a limited-edition Aviationtag from the popular plane sporting registration B-16411 and Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 29111 that will make collectors' hearts beat faster.
In April 1998, the Boeing 747-400 left the factory doors for the Taiwanese airline EVA Air. The last commercial flight BR-892 left Hong Kong headed for Taipei on 21 August 2017, taking 1:15 hours and close to fully booked with 370 passengers.
A few days after the final passenger flight, the plane made its way with a small crew to San Bernardino, California – the jumbo jet's final resting place. We are thrilled to be keeping the memory of EVA Air's last Boeing 747-400 alive in the form of our unique Aviationtags!
Note: Every tag is unique. Depending on the plane, tags may vary in terms of haptics, material thickness and colour. Small blemishes bear witness to the plane's long history and are an authentic reminder of its glory days over the clouds. Small scratches, flaky paint and imperfections are totally normal and give our Aviationtags their unique charm – the charm of a vintage product crafted from upcycled materials. These quirks are not the result of the production process, they simply reflect the state of the aircraft material we use when it was extracted. The original aircraft paint of this edition is rather sensitive, so please take good care of your tag!
