Flypast Yearbook 2026

What a year it has been! With FlyPast continuing to sit at the “The Heart of Aviation Heritage”, it has again honoured the spirit of aviation heritage, capturing the sights, sounds, and stories that have shaped the preservation scene across the past 12 issues – each bringing its readers closer to those who preserve history alive its shared passion for flight and remembrance. With 17 of their favourite features – from a Spitfire VIII returning to Australian skies, to a trio of all but forgotten Greek airliners being saved, to a near 50-year Mosquito restoration, to a long-lost USAF T-33 in Albania – the reflect on a year defined by craftsmanship, courage, and community that keeps the engines turning and memories soaring.
