Slovak Air Force in Pictures part 3, with new equipment

Slovak Air Force in Pictures 3 follows on from the previous two publications, offering a broader textual and visual perspective on the modern history of the Slovak Air Force. This third volume is released in the 33rd year of the force's existence and focuses primarily on the period of the gradual generational replacement of aircraft technology.

Through the personal recollections of commanders and the authors' extensive archives, the book captures the stories of the generation that witnessed the birth of the Slovak Air Force and contributed to its development, right up to the introduction of state-of-the-art technology. It thus presents the authentic testimony of the people who helped shape a significant part of its modern history.

A key feature of the publication remains its unique—and largely previously unpublished—photographs. They capture aircraft, life at airbases, and key moments in the development of the Slovak Air Force. The publication is intended for enthusiasts of aviation, military history, and photography, as well as anyone wishing to gain a deeper understanding of the story of Slovak military aviation.
