A lo largo de todo el siglo XX, Cuatro Vientos fue escenario privilegiado de los avances en esta materia, como el autogiro de Juan de la Cierva. En esta obra realizamos, además, un paseo exhaustivo por el Museo de Aeronáutica y Astronáutica, que cuenta con una de las exposiciones más importantes de Europa y por otras instalaciones que conforman el barrio de Cuatro Vientos
