Since then the name of the British Aircraft Corporation TSR.2 (and the Airfix kit for that matter...) has become legend in the aviation (model) world, a story of triumph (for Airfix) and tragedy (for those not quick enough...) , of a project that could have been a real world beater but became a victim of politics. (subject in the case of Airfix)

Now you can build your own version of this enigmatic aircraft with the Airfix 1/72 B.A.C TSR.2 kit. Based on original manufacturer's data and extensive research carried out on the surviving airframes, Airfix's TSR.2 is the first time this historically significant aircraft has been released as a mainstream kit. At 37.6cm long with a wingspan of 15.6cm the kit captures the sleek, supersonic lines of this impressive machine and will include decals for all three completed prototypes.
