Tornado F3

This version of the Tornado was developed to fill the role of air superiority and fighter on behalf of the British Royal Air Force in the early 80s needed to replace the Phantom and Lightning. The F .3 is based largely on the cell of the bomber as the most aerodynamically refined and has a totally different electronic and intended use of air-air weapons such as ballistic Skyflash, who are its raison d'être. In the conflict in the Gulf Tornado F.3 have done long-range escort missions, but have not had opportunities to meet with the opponent.
