It became part of the American Airlines fleet after the two carriers merged in 2015, serving long-haul routes to Europe and South America. Known for its reliability, comfort, and range, this widebody aircraft played a key role in transatlantic travel for nearly two decades before retiring to Roswell, New Mexico in 2020.
