Winston Brent has been commissioned by the OC AFB Hoedspruit to produce a booklet to celebrate their 35th Anniversary on Saturday, 29 June 2013, at the Drakensig Recreational Area.
It is in full colour with a few historic sepia and B&W images, and is very much a pictorial. Total images excluding images of all the Base OCs is 120.
The booklet contains a brief history of the Base and all the units that have served there or which are still current on the base.
The printrun was 800 copies and these were sold out on the day of the anniversary as the entrance ticket included a copy of this booklet.
We of Aviation Megastore managed to secure some copies but this is definitely a one off excercise. When gone they are gone. There will be no reprints
