Product description
The Naval attache at the US embassy in Oslo, Norway operated a small number of aircraft in the early 1950’s. Landbased aviation in Norway was rather limited at the time, and the US embassy is known to have operated both the Grumman HU-16 Albatross and the JRF-5 Goose for communication and liaison flights. This particular Goose visited the Tromsoe area during the summer of 1950.
