Written by Giuseppe Fassari, the monograph recounts the birth of the Harpoon, the technical description, and the use of this twin-engine anti-submarine aircraft by the Italian Air Force. A specific chapter is dedicated to the PV-2, restored and preserved at the Piana delle Orme Museum, while, as is customary with the Italian Aviation Series, the monograph concludes with an interesting chapter on how to build a Harpoon with the Italian Air Force insignia in 1/72 scale. With this monograph, Aviation Collectables Company completes its coverage of the anti-submarine aircraft used by the Italian Air Force.
