1967: VF-21 "Free Lancers" as NE-101. 12/16/1967: Ditched into the Gulf of Tonkin due to battle damage.
2. F-4J BuNo.152253 AE-201 flown by Cdr E.S. Promersberger and LCdr S. Phimisters of VF-84 Jolly Rogers, USS Franklin D.
