This release by Hawk Models presents the Lockheed U-2 'Dragon Lady' This single engine, ultra-high altitude reconnaissance aircraft has played a key role in intelligence gathering since the Cold War. Variations of the aircraft have flown in service by the CIA and US Air Force even through the more recent Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts. This 1/48 scale U-2c kit features an impressive 20" wingspan. It includes pilot and ground crew figures as well as airstrip dolly. Updated decals and illustrated assembly instructions are included.
