The last Spanish Boeing 747. The last Boeing 747 flying for Wamos Air.
With EC-KXN leaving Spain for a last time in 2021, an era for Wamos Air ended. The last Boeing 747 left the fleet making space for newer and more fuel efficient airplanes.
This Boeing 747 was delivered to Malaysian Airlines in 1994. From 2007 to 2008 Air India operated this 747. And from 2008 onwards Pullmantur Air, which was later renamed Wamos Air, was the operating airline. The last 3 years until the scrapping in 2024, Sky KG Airlines had the honor to fly one of the last 747s.
At the age of 30 this Jumbo reached its end under the Spanish sun.
