Product description

What a legendary aircraft! This Boeing 747 was originally delivered to Air France in 2003 as F-GITH. In 2015, it was taken over by Air Atlanta Icelandic, where it continued service until it was retired and stored in 2022.

Air Atlanta Icelandic is a renowned Icelandic airline specializing in ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) leasing and charter services. Founded in 1986, the airline has built a strong reputation for providing flexible and reliable aviation solutions to airlines, tour operators, and governments worldwide.

Just a year after delivery, TF-AAK became world-famous as Ed Force One when it accompanied Iron Maiden on their "The Book of Souls" world tour – with none other than frontman Bruce Dickinson himself in the cockpit.

After her time as a "flying tour bus" for the metal legends, she flew for Saudi Arabian Airlines starting in August 2016, before being retired in 2022. In 2024, she was finally decommissioned
