The Finnish Utti Air force Base had a Mid Summer festival open day on June 23r 1950.
It held an air show including a American Reno style Air race around a pylon with four specially marked Bf109G's numbered A to D
Historians came to the conclusion that the markings were only on the left side as they flew in circles
Included in this set are all four planes MT508, MT-402, MT-438 and MT-479
As only a few pictures in Black and white exist there is some artistic licence taken in the creation of this decalsheet but if your have more and better information please let us know
