Product description
Gloster Meteor F.IV- EE455, known as 'The Yellow Peril' or 'Forever Amber', flown by Gloster chief test pilot, Eric Greenwood to beat the air speed record, November 1945.
Scheme is overall high gloss Trainer Yellow. Note lack of aerial masts and faired over gun ports.
Gloster Meteor F.4, Y9•5, operated by No.323 Squadron, Royal Netherlands Air Force, based at Leeuwarden, 1950's.
Scheme is overall silver with the nose tip in red.
Gloster Meteor F.4, 1406, operated by No.20 Squadron, Royal Egyptian Air Force, based at Almazah 1950.
Scheme is overall silver, with black and white identification bands.
