Product description
The Royal Thai Navy accepted into service two AgustaWestland Super Lynx 300 multirole naval helicopters on 7 February. The aircraft will serve in maritime patrol, search-and-rescue and anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare roles with 203 Squadron at Utapao Naval Air Station on the northern coast of the Gulf of Thailand and from the navy's two Naresuan-class guided missile frigates. The aircraft were handed over to the navy in September 2004 after a successful first flight in August 2004
