With a length of 38 cm and a wing span of 34 cm, the C-5, also nicknamed "Lockheed Hilton" for its cavernous cargo hold, possesses considerable dimensions - even in 1/200. For the first time, a model of this strategic airlifter is released in 1/200 scale. Metal landing gear with rubber tires provide a sure standing for this resin-made model. This first release depicts a modernized C-5M Super Galaxy of the 9th Airlift Squadron from Dover Air Base, Delaware.
