Product description

Recreate one of West Germany's most important regional feeders in its classic early livery with this historically accurate decal set for the Hawker Siddeley HS-748 in the DLT 1984 livery.

DLT — Deutsche Luftverkehrsgesellschaft — was Lufthansa's regional feeder airline, operating scheduled services connecting smaller German cities and European destinations with Lufthansa's main hubs at Frankfurt and Munich. The Hawker Siddeley HS-748 was a key part of DLT's turboprop fleet throughout the 1980s, serving routes where the economics of jet operations simply didn't stack up. The 1984 livery captures DLT in its mid-decade identity — a clean, professional scheme that reflected the airline's close relationship with Lufthansa while maintaining its own distinct character. DLT was eventually absorbed into Lufthansa CityLine in 1992, bringing an end to one of West Germany's most beloved regional brands.
