Product description
The kit was recently reviewed by Fine Scale Modeler, who noted decent surface detail and very subtle wing rib detail. The full steel tube fuselage is represented for maximum detail and the Oberursel rotary engine is nicely represented, although no provision is provided for it, or the propeller, to turn.
The kit also includes photo etched detail parts for the machine guns and flight control surface horns and two marking options representing 152/17, flown by Manfred von Richthofen, and 213/17, flown by Fritz Kempf (the streaked green factory finish is provided in the decal sets).
