Spitfire Saga Volume 7: The Campaign in the Netherlands/Peace

Cato Guhnfeldt is a former historian of the Royal Norwegian Air Force, now retired. In 2017 he completed a series of 7 volumes called "Spitfire Saga" ? about the two Norwegian fighter squadrons in the RAF during the 2nd World War. The series in A4 format, with in all 2272 pages and 4500 photographs, tells the story of 331 and 332 Squadron from 1941 until the end of the war.

Volume 7 is called "The Campaign in the Netherlands/Peace". It is a detailed account of 331 and 332 Squadron at Woensdrecht ? Schijndel ? Twente from December 1944 to April 1945. Also mentioned and with several photographs included are 322 (Dutch) Squadron, + 66 and 127 Squadron which were part of 132 (Norwegian) Wing. Volume 7 has in all more than 600 photographs, and weighs 2,1 kilo. It is a big book! All chapter summaries, photo captions, lists of aircraft/personnel and combat reports are in ENGLISH.
