Polish Air Force since early 2000s gradually moved from variety of camouflage colours (applied by aircraft overhaul factories both in Poland and former Soviet Union countries) to standard schemes using camouflage paints compliant with Federal Standard or RAL colour palettes. HTK-AS17 set contains three colours necessary to imitate painting schemes of Polish modern fighters; Mig-29s and F-16s. What is interesting, the set also includes RAL 7050 F9 paint, which is currently used by Polish overhaul factory for painting of Mig-29s interiors. Additionally the set contains Polish Heli Dark Green and Soviet Cockpit Blue-Green paints, both used on Polish Air Force and Polish Army modern-time helicopters (including Mi-2, Mi-8/17, Mi-24, W-3 and SW-4 Puszczyk).
The set contains:
HTK-A002 - Polish Heli Dark Green - Current overall colour of Polish AF and Polish Army helicopters, including Mi-2, Mi-8/17, Mi-24, W-3 and SW-4 Puszczyk
HTK-A031 - Gunship Grey - FS36118, used on upper surfaces in modern camouflage schemes of Polish Mig-29s. Also overall colour of Polish C-130Es
HTK-A037 - Light Ghost Grey - FS36375, used on Polish Mig-29s (lower surfaces) and F-16C/Ds. Also used for cockpit interiors and armament of F-16s
HTK-A047 - Soviet Cockpit Blue-Green - Used for instrument panels of all soviet-origin helicopters including Mi-2, Mi-8/17, Mi-24 but also Polish W-3 (before NVG-standard modernization)
HTK-A054 - Grey - FS36270, used for upper surfaces in camouflage schemes of Polish Mig-29s and F-16C/Ds (semi-gloss version also used for radome of F-16s)
HTK-A089 German Camouflage Grey - RAL7050 F9, current colour of cockpit interiors of Polish Mig-29s after overhaul by WZL-2 in Bydgoszcz, Poland
