Only the injured and captured pilot Jan Ferak survived from the crew. On tense days of the territorial trimming of the then Czechoslovakia as a result of the Munich Agreement shot down 25th October 1938 Hungarian Fiat CR.32 over the Hungarians required territory of southern Slovakia observation Letov Squadron 10, while the observer st. asp. Jaromír Šotola. Pilot des. John Kello got burned.
